This location has gone downhill. Food takes an hour or more to get to you even on the days that is not that busy. Is dirty and it smells. This is unacceptable. How is this place even in business with this kind of service. This place didn't use to be this bad but for the passed few months it has gone downhill.
This place is going down since corporate took over. They took away the drink menu.I have been coming to this place for years and now a lot of good staff ,that I bonded with, are gone due to management on power trips. To top it off, the management allows weirdos and potential predators to hit on waitstaff and make unwanted, nasty sexual explicit remarks to the female employees and won't do anything about it. If you want that kind of service, go to a stripper bar. Is this a third world country?? We have laws to protect employees in this country! This is very unprofessional.
i’ve been getting the kids meal here as an adult for many years, and today was the first day i have been denied being served one ever (here or anywhere else). Not sure if our waitress arneshia (i only glimpsed her name) just didn’t want to, or if it’s now against company policy, but i know i won’t be returning if that is the case. i don’t believe i should be denied for having a small appetite and not wanting to be wasteful.
This place is horrible they never answer the phone. I waited an hour to place a to go order just to be told to leave a message after the tone after waiting an hour.
Ordered online and got a 5:50pm "your order will be ready" time. Got there just before 5:50pm. I finally got my order after 35 minutes of waiting outside in the scorching heat. When I got home, I found out that they missed one of my orders! I called and they said I can either go back to pick it up or get it next time when I order again. There were quite a few people lining up waiting for their orders. They let in few people at a time and that is understandable because of the pandemic. It would be nice though to not give your customer an inaccurate pickup time! At least alert your customer of a new pickup time if an order is not ready. That being said, the food was already cold when I got it. No bueno.
We have come here several times and they always mess up our order. But today was the worst. Ordered nachos with cheese, chili on 1/2 and honey bbq chicken on the nachos. Of corse they messed that up. Upon letting the waitress know she bought us out cheese and bbq sauce. I guess we are suppose to pull what little chicken was on our nachos and bbq them ourselves. What a joke!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this particular buffalo wild wings to anyone I know. Go to another location maybe they have better Customer skills.
Cooks don’t wear masks. When I asked the manager “Saira” about it she said they don’t have to, clearly not worried about the health of your customers. That’s not safe or sanitary at all I’m just supposed to trust they don’t have corona? No.
We decided to grab BW3 instead of a supporting a small business (like we have been making a point to do) due to COVID19. Our fries were cooked in old fish grease and our boneless wings were fairly cold....the ones without sauce were fresh and hot. Will not be back. Also, I should mention we picked it up to go. Why would French fries have corn meal on them and taste like long John silvers?! It’s obvious your employees could care less if you’re open or not at this time.
Decided to stop by after Church since my grandson has been asking for Buffalo Wild Wings for weeks now. We sat in the parking lot and went over the menu to see what we wanted. I went inside and placed our order. The young lady at the podium pleasantly greeted us and got someone to take our to-go order. Josh was pretty cool and took no time taking our order. It took no more than 5 minutes for our order to be ready. Josh went over my order and showed me every item. Everything was visually appealing and accurate. The process was very smooth. I forgot to snap a few photos before I started eating, but once I got my items and sat down, there was no getting up to get my phone. Everything was well prepared and tasted great. This was an overall excellent experience.
The hot wings were good. I recommend them,but bad customer service. The black lady helping in the cashier does not know what she was doing, she forgot 2 times to give people drinks. I had to came back to pick my drink.

Sharing the experience of take out during covid-19 combined with BOGO Tuesday. Ordered via phone and was advised 45 mins. Arrived on time and realized it was a complete mess. No staff was able to advise customers where to go while everyone there just wants to pickup their food. Ended up taking 15 mins just to get upto the register to pay for. After that took a trip home to drop off my crying 5 month old with mom. Only to return 20 mins later only to wait an additional 25 mins. Total time to get my 20 wing order was 1 hour 36 mins. Complete mad house. One thing, it's better to call in than to place an order online. If you really want to get served fastest, just go to the bar and order a drink then order your to go item. The kitchen has to make dine-in food first so you'll be bumped up on the tickets.
This location is the worst to go eat at, no one attends you. We have had to walk out after waiting 20 minutes to just order beverages, It's dirty, and employees need to work on customer service skills. Never going to this location again.
Great place to get a drink and eat some wings. Staff at the bar are awesome.
Wings are always great, side salad and quesadillas. Great spot to watch the Astros game. Quick, good service.
We just tried to eat at this restaurant with a party of 8. The manager refused to serve us because we put tables together to dine as a group after we were told by someone else that it was okay. Not to mention that we’ve not only done this ourselves before, but we’ve seen other large parties do it as well. Do NOT go to this restaurant! Terrible customer service server took 15 mins before she finally asked for our order with only 4 guest in occupation,waited additional 30 mins for an order of overcooked wings and then proceeded to snatch my money out my hands and tell me i wouldn’t get change for my order and then told us that we have to tip our servers before walking off and rolling her eyesUnacceptable.
It’s a wild wings. You get what you expect. Good service, decent food, great sauce selection.
Would love to support you guys during the pandemic, especially since BWW is doing free delivery, but this location isn't offering delivery :/ , even the Greenway Commons location, which is closer, doesn't deliver in my area for whatever reason, but of course I can order delivery through 3rd party services but obviously get a delivery fee. There are other restaurants in Pearland that can deliver to me that are in close proximity to this location, I'd rather support and spend my money with them during the quarantine.
The past few times we have ate at this location has not been a good experience. Takes forever for someone to get our drink order, food takes forever then when brought to table the wings an fries are cold, waitress just standing around talking we had to keep asking another waitress for everything. And its not just 1 time its been about the past 5! We will no longer go to this location. We had 1 good experience there am that was at the bar. Hot food an great service
Horrible! Watriess was a trainee, didnt know anything about the menu. Asked a 2 shots of Hennessy, she brings back 2 glasses with Hennessy on ice..... I will not go back
ordered online, and it said my order should be done by 8 went to get food it was about 8 10 when we got there to pick it up it was not ready yet and we waited for another 15 min the lady yelled my name very rudely and threw my food on the counter and they also forgot my kids meals drinks and the food wsnt even hot
Just left due to poor service. Walked in to nobody at the host table. Had to ask the kitchen if we just sit or wait. When we finally got seated we waited 15 minutes for no one to even take our drink order. AT BIG CITY WINGS NOW 👍 (where they acknowledge their customers)
I visited here for the first time last night and I was immensely disappointed. I work in the food service industry so I'm never really upset about having a long wait time on food especially because I came in after the late rush and I could tell the staff was trying to clean up and catch up. My big pet peeve is poor service and cold food. We waited 25 minutes for our wings and fries, I tried the fries and they were ice cold so I politely asked the bartender to replaced them she kindly told us they'd be right out the manager was frying them himself, cool. 10 minutes later we were again presented with cold fries, at this point I'm frustrated because I don't like to complain but I've realized my wings are lukewarm and soggy on the underside which tells me they sat under the heat lamp for at least 5 minutes before being brought out. Night wasted. I had a wing and 2 cups of water then had to go home and cook because nothing was open at this point.
Although it was packed when we arrived there. My wife and I were standing in the takeout line. When I decided to go look in the bar area to see if there were any seats. I found a 6 seat table where we were able to share it with another couple. The service and the food were great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to eat and watch a game on the many flat screens.
Had bad experience in the past with this location but at least left with food or my money. Last night I left without either food or my money, bad customer service. No communication when I will get my money or guarantee I will. Try Corporate and nothing. Going to BBB with this. Advise just be careful with this location and their BS.
Wings taste good but can be pretty dry.
Wings are good but they need better management if they want to stay open during these times. They give you a time that your wings will be ready and when you go it’s not done at that time and your waiting in a small space with many other people, it’s not safe it’s okay if you need to take longer preparing the food just let us know and don’t have many customers waiting in such a small space.
It's a pretty decent BW3, I will say the staff usually seems alittle new Everytime. The foods usually pretty decent.

Ordered the black bean burger which was great and flavorful... on the contrary,Was not given correct refund amount due to being out of carrots. Was missing sauce bottle that was purchased online. Fries did not have seasoning which was also requested. The 2 ladies at the front counter were unprofessional, discussing another customers issue using very inappropriate language.
Never say this about chain restaurants but the bartender took great care of us. A lot of places have had service slip since Covid-19 but this BW3 has gotten better.

The buffalo wings were so dry I had to double check to see if i ordered them without sauce (I didn't). I also didn't receive the drink that was supposed to come with my meal or the queso I ordered, even though I asked them to double check to make sure it was all there. Got ranch instead of bleu cheese as well. Everyone was nice but overall very poor service on making sure we got what we paid for and for that I have to leave 2 stars.
So you would think with the restaurants closed, one would get better service, after all, we have to walk in and pick it up. Food wasn't ready, young girl was rude (Destiny), almost like I was bothering her with my questions. Nope, not coming back here again. Should of got my food at 5:10. Walking out at 5:25! Should of just ordered from Wing Stop,!👎👎

All I have to say is (smh) who ever cooks the food needs to stop. The ladies at the front were nice but the food was horrible. I asked for well done Wings and I got uncooked food. I ask for lemon pepper and got pepper only. I’m done with this location.
Ordered from Doordash. The order came in a decent enough time but the food was totally flavorless and disgusting. There was barely any buffalo sauce on my hot wings and the Adobo wings tasted like nothing. Boneless wings were fried too hard and weren't tasting much better. Fries were just meh. This was by far the WORST food I've had in a long time. They don't EVER have to worry about us patronizing them again - especially because this food isn't the cheapest. If I dined in I would most certainly have asked for a refund. How are you a wing place with terrible tasting wings???
Whatever you do, don’t order food to go. I waited on hold for 30 MINUTES to confirm if my online order went through (nobody ever answered btw) because ordering online has glitches. The front counter guy Rob was highly disorganized, immature and rude. It will definitely be a long time before i order TOGO again.
Great food. Great atmosphere. Server needs a little more training on beers served. Other than that, good spot!
Short-staffed, I guess because the girl that waited on me was answering phones, putting orders together, and taking orders all at once. So, she got my order wrong. The bathroom was not clean, stuff all over the floor
I had to give it a one star as no stars was not an option. This place has completely fallen apart from food to service. Sorely disappointed.
I would give them one star I didn’t like my experience Me and my family visit this location today we got sitting and was waiting almost 20 min there was two waitress kept looking at our table but didn’t ask have we got serve so we can to ask someone who was our server at our table and the lady went to ask and she went ahead and took our order even though we wasn’t her table. Then we got our appetizers when our food came and the serve had a attitude when she gave us our food because they took our order to the wrong table I never had this experience of my life I don’t know if I will return because we was not the only table they did this do. If am there giving you my services I can I get the right person manager was not around or never check on us.
Very nice place with sporty bar. Enjoyed a lot.
